Large Scale Oligos (10 µmol syntesis scale) can be synthesized up to 140 nucleotides (nt) and are available both as non-labeled Oligos and as Modified Oligos.

Purification of choice would be Reverse-phase HPLC or PAGE depending upon your requirements and demands for quality.

The oligos are shipped in screw cap tubes or microtiter plates. Barcodes are available.

Large scale oligos are delivered either lyophilized or in aqueous solution and concentration is measured by spectrophotometer.

Choose if aliquoting and/or fix concentrations and yields.
