Standard oligos works perfectly with many applications such as PCR, sequencing and many more. Depending upon the synthesis scale, 0.02 or 0.05 µmol, standard oligos can be synthesized to a minimum length of 12 nucleotides (nt) and a maximum length of 60 nt . The default purification method is reverse phase cartridge which it's free and gives you very pure and high quality oligos.

All oligos up to 50 bases are quality controlled by MALDI mass spectrometry.

 

All oligos are delivered either lyophilized or in aqueous solution and concentration is measured by spectrophotometer. Standard oligos are shipped in 2 ml screw cap tubes within 4-5 working days. Modified oligos are delivered within 5-6 working days.

 

For longer oligos, 61-140 nt, we offer you HPLC, Desalt or PAGE as purification methods.
